Redmond's Ancient Fine Sea Salt (16 OZ)

A long while ago there was an inland sea covering what is now Redmond, Utah, known as the Sundance Sea. That sea is gone, but it left behind a large, pristine, underground salt deposit—which is where this salt comes from. High quality salt is one of the most important and simple (and tasty!) health hacks to employ. You can take Redmond's 1/4 TSP in the morning with water for adrenal health or bromide clearance, or you can use Redmond's as pickling salt. It's fine enough for regular table and cooking use, but not pure powder so the texture is preserved. Redmond's is one of the best and cleanest salts in the world.
