DOSAGE: Bottle suggests taking 5mL (1000mg), however it is recommended to start with half that dosage. Persons that have existing high levels of cholesterol and/or triglycerides, free iron or copper (from Wilson's disease or hemochromatosis) should use a dropper and take 1-2mL, while obtaining the majority of their vitamin C from food sources. If you suffer from regular kidney stones, this is also something to use sparingly and in lower amounts.
