How do I use the HealThy Mouth Blend?

You can use the HealThy Mouth Blend by itself or in addition to your regular toothpaste or tooth powder.  Apply 2 or 3 drops of HealThy Mouth Blend onto your toothbrush and brush as usual.  Remember, the bacteria that cause gum disease can double their numbers every 20 minutes!  For best results, brush with the HealThy Mouth Blend for at least 2 minutes twice daily.

We also highly encourage users to brush their tongues with the HealThy Mouth Blend after scraping the tongue with a tongue scraper.  This will eliminate bad breath!

As a mouthwash, simply place 1-2 drops of HealThy Mouth Blend in a small amount of water and swish to reduce the thug bugs in the mouth, freshen breath, AND increase saliva production all at the same time.

To coat your floss with the HealThy Mouth Blend, place a drop of blend between your index finger and thumb and run a piece of floss through the oils.  Flossing with the HealThy Mouth Blend helps to get the antimicrobials deeper into the gum pockets (especially between molars, where it's easiest for gum disease to start)!
